The Production Control Manager manages the day-to-day tactical production control planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and the flow of materials throughout the plant. Additionally, the Production Control Manager maintains relationships with customers, Suppliers, Logistics, etc., to ensure order fulfillment and resolve obstacles that impact customer orders and on-time delivery. With a complete line of metalworking machines and processes, Styberg can produce difficult components that require many diverse process operations. This means we need a team of Engineers with high energy, ingenuity, creativity, flexibility, and keen technical prowess. This is not your typical design engineer role. As an engineer at Styberg, you will constantly be on the move. Whether troubleshooting at a machine or building a prototype, this is a very hands-on role and won't be ideal for someone who wants to be at a desk designing all day.
