The event offered students the chance to connect with skilled professionals and discover the diverse paths that lead to fulfilling careers in our industry. Our DynaTen Corporation team was thrilled to showcase various aspects of the trade, sharing insights and seeing the students' excitement and curiosity as they explored career opportunities in construction through interactive experiences, such as handling tools and trying out safety gear. We’re thrilled to announce that our DynaTen teams raised an impressive $3,900, securing the 7th spot out of 52 participating companies. At DynaTen Corporation, we’ve noticed a recent safety trend in the adoption of Type II Hard Hats. These hard hats are equipped with chin straps to ensure they remain secure on employees' heads in the event of a fall, providing enhanced protection. Some of our clients now require all subcontractors on-site to transition to Type II hard hats. Safety experts agree that this is a significant step towards reducing head trauma injuries and improving job site safety. We’ve also begun transitioning to these hard hats on our other projects.
