??Project Spotlight: Methodist Richardson Medical Center (MRMC) Emergency Department Expansion We are proud to share our role in the successful 18-month renovation and expansion of the MRMC Emergency Department. This project featured: ?? A full renovation of the ER lobby and an entire floor of shell space for future growth. ??? A bump-out of the existing footprint and a two-story addition to the one-story emergency department – 25,000 square feet, including 15 new exam rooms and 5 trauma rooms. ?? 80,000 square feet of a state-of-the-art pharmacy and a new lab. Our DynaTen Corporation team installed 3 new air handlers, 5 exhaust fans, and over 800 feet of hydronic piping to support the expansion. Additionally, we retrofitted one of the existing air handlers with a steam humidifier to serve a trauma suite. Navigating through an active loading dock, our team installed underground piping with minimal disruption to daily hospital operations. ?? Huge thanks to our project team for their excellent work – Sean Garza, Nicholas Jansen, Manuel Aranda, and Wayne Teague.
