We achieved a major milestone for the Parkside Tower Project—reaching street level with our concrete pours! A huge shoutout to our DynaTen Corporation field team for their hard work and dedication in reaching this critical stage of the Parkside Tower Project! As the tallest building in Uptown Dallas upon completion, this 30-story landmark is designed with efficiency, sustainability, and innovation at its core. DynaTen is proud to play a key role in delivering the mechanical systems that will support Parkside Tower’s premium acoustics, energy efficiency, and high-performance climate control. The project’s structural grid alignment allows for more efficient HVAC, plumbing, and electrical routing—helping optimize costs while enhancing performance. With sweeping views from the sky lobby, LEED Gold certification, and state-of-the-art building systems, this tower will set a new standard in Dallas.
