Dynamic Construction Services (DCS) is a family owned and operated general contracting and construction services company headquartered in New York City. Founded by industry veteran Ken Stubbolo, a native New Yorker with over 30 years experience in general construction and real estate development, DCS specializes in commercial interiors throughout the New York Metropolitan area. A New York company through and through, our local roots and first-hand market intel enables us to navigate through commonly faced project complexities and local nuances that arise, allowing us to always be quick on our feet in times of need. This, is what sets us apart from our competition. We pride ourselves on our ability to not only produce best-in-class work for our clients, but our aptitude for building and growing meaningful relationships along the way.
