Congratulations to Rob Winkel on 25 incredible years with Dynalectric! ? Rob’s career with our organization began when he was dispatched to Dynalectric Oregon as an Apprentice. Through hard work, leadership, and dedication, he quickly rose through the ranks to Journeyman, General Foreman, and Site Superintendent. In 2022, he relocated to Arizona and played a key role in establishing our new branch. Just one year later, he was promoted to the role of Field Operations Superintendent, where he continues to inspire and mentor the next generation of electricians.? ? As a part of National Apprenticeship Week, we'd like to highlight our apprentice Alex Juarez. When asked about his career choice, Alex stated that he saw potential in the growing electrical field. “I wanted to get a head start,” he shared, so he seized the opportunity and joined the apprenticeship.? ? One of the biggest lessons Alex has learned is that everyone is at a different level. “While you may feel like you're behind in some areas, you might have more knowledge in another area than other people.” Instead of worrying about where you think you should be, Alex advises new apprentices to focus on their own growth and development. “Just soak it all up,” he says. ?
