We had another amazing Headway Safety Summit this year! Our goals for the 2024 Headway Safety Summit were to share experiences, build connections, explore safety innovations, and focus on leadership fundamentals. We also took a deep dive into the principles of Safety Differently, exploring how this approach can transform our strategies and elevate safety across our operations. I want to extend my deepest thanks to the 135 safety and operations leaders throughout Dycom’s 38 subsidiaries for their engagement and thoughtful contributions during the summit. The active participation of our enterprise leaders made this event a resounding success, and I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead as we move into 2025.
