Ghosting is an easy way to lose credibility as an individual and as a brand. Failure to follow up or communicate with job applicants, customers, and colleagues scares away top talent, clients, and co-workers. Ghosting creates the perception that you lack courtesy, empathy, compassion, decisiveness, and accountability.
