关于我们
DxDempsey believes in designing inspiring places that tell your brand story. We align an organization’s brand promise with their brand experience using our Strategic Branded Experience Framework--a proprietary system that results in eye-catching, sustainable, research-based projects that communicate a purpose, tell a story and produce Return on Design Investment (RODI). The distinctive, award-winning work of DxDempsey has been published in several national and international trade magazines and media outlets, however, even more gratifying is analyzing the data we collect and listening to testimonials from our clients that show our work has produced the desired results.

Let’s talk about light—specifically,?natural?light.??? Too often, it’s reserved for private perimeter offices, leaving interior spaces with some spillover or artificial lighting. But natural light is more than just a nice-to-have—it boosts mood, regulates our circadian rhythms, and enhances productivity. So, why not flip the script? Internalize private offices with glass walls, share the sunlight with everyone, and create a workspace that fosters equality, well-being, and collaboration. When we democratize light, we build a better, more productive environment for all. Let’s break down the walls—and let the light in!?#OfficeDesign #Wellbeing #WorkplaceCulture #DemocratizeLight

The City of Scranton and Scranton Tomorrow unveiled the new Gateway signage designed by DxDempsey with engineering by Reilly Associates. The Scranton Gateways are sleek and modern, yet deeply symbolic of Scranton’s heritage and future. Their clean lines and abstract patterns offer multiple interpretations from mountains to technology and music, while the font and coloring softly represent The Office logo, the city’s inflection point from “coal to cool.”The material choices—evoking coal and iron—are a nod to the city’s industrial roots. The design seamlessly blends functionality with a powerful visual narrative, marking key entry points with a sense of pride and timelessness. #CoaltoCool #city #pride #brand #art #architecture #design https://lnkd.in/eubZvZFd https://lnkd.in/eq_b7R4M https://lnkd.in/e5fYf9V5 https://lnkd.in/eQbhh-22 https://dxdempsey.com/ https://lnkd.in/eZteTdhZ

The “Town Center” is a multifunctional space to relax, refresh and meet formally or informally. Its strategic placement in the workplace creates a hub for social interaction and casual collisions. It incorporates flexible furniture, audio-visual equipment and food service support. It is an opportune location for brand messaging and, in some cases, can be offered to staff as a location for family gatherings (i.e. birthdays, showers, etc.) as a way to acknowledge their value, show trust, build an extended community and enhance culture. #architecture #brandexperience #collaboration #culture #officedesign

This home was designed for a family whose humble roots in America, after immigrating from Ireland, began by working in the coal mines of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The home pays homage to both their personal history and that of the area where they eventually found great success in business and life. A Coal Breaker was the conceptual point of departure for the design of this home. The first image in the video reel is of the Green Ridge Breaker where family members worked under harsh conditions. The home is inspired by this looming structure and symbol of industry and despair, yet reinterprets it as a vessel of warmth and family spirit. Cascading shed roof volumes and the material palette are consistent with the breaker archetype. Another photo of the interior of an actual Breaker is intertwined with the images in the reel, illustrating that the home stays true to the heavy timber structure with exposed connections. The fireplace in this home was made with stones picked from the site where it sits, as well as with stones from the site of the family homestead in Ireland, uniting past and present in the hearth of the home where the family gathers often for Sunday dinners and holidays. By recalling the past, the family honors those who took incredible risks and lived tough lives to ensure that their posterity had a chance to thrive and pursue happiness in the land of opportunity and endless possibilities, the United States of America.?

LOOK AGAIN! The image on the left is a rendering we created for Maternal And Family Health Services, Inc. during the design process and the image on the right is the actual photo of the space taken by Jeffrey Totaro. Visualization methods, such as 3D renderings and virtual tours, allow clients to fully understand the design, make adjustments and gain confidence before construction begins (potentially avoiding costly changes later). They can also be used to stoke excitement and to highlight the important attributes of a project when applying for grants. #architecture #visualization #healthcaredesign
