Our Dweckster of the Month for September of 2024 was Kelli Albright! Kelli is a senior property accountant with Dweck and has been with us since our start-up phase in 2020.?She was instrumental in helping us to build out our property accounting systems and processes and continues to be a strong leader in our property accounting group.?Although she grew up thinking she was going to be a wedding planner, a great professor and a few “fun” accounting classes led her to her successful career in accounting (lucky for us!). Kelli’s property accounting career began with a data center REIT, where she worked until the company was sold. After that, she landed at Bozzuto, which gave her the valuable multifamily experience that made her a perfect match for us as we were building our company!?More important than that experience, Kelli naturally demonstrates all of our Dweck values. We get so many emails and notes about her outstanding customer service to our onsite teams that we almost had a mandate to crown her Dweckster of the Month!?She loves working at Dweck and is grateful for the amazing team she works with.?Although they are mostly remote, she feels they are super close and genuinely care about each other. As so many people say, she feels the best part about working at Dweck is the people! Kelli was born and raised locally and lives with her husband John, their 3-year-old son, Grayson and golden retriever, Chance. She spends most of her time with their immediate and extended families who are also local (and Grayson has LOTS of cousins!).?She loves the beach and all things outdoors, so you’ll find her at a playground or a pumpkin patch or whatever the season brings.?She’s a fan of the Bravo network and going to Orioles games with her family. Last week was Dweck Properties annual Leasing Appreciation Event at Bowlero, which provided time out of the office to celebrate all of our sales teams across the portfolio. They traded their business attire for bowling shoes, touring and CRM management for throwing strikes, and spared their time to enjoy a pin-credible day with each other! ?? #BeOutstanding #TakeCare #Bowling #StrikeUpTheFun

What has 4 legs, a wet nose, and loves you unconditionally? The dogs and cats at The Lost Dogs and Cats Rescue Foundation! Our first volunteer event was such a paw-sitive ?? experience our team members went back out to shower these pups in love, while also helping the rescue organizing their donations and assisting with the rescue’s housekeeping needs. We’re so delighted that Lost Dog and Cat Rescue allowed us to be a part of their mission for a second time, for all the amazing work they do for the animals in need, and for being friends fur-ever! ?? #LostDogCatRescue #DweckstersDoingGood #TakeCare
