How Two Business Owners Can Crush Their 2025 Sales Goals (And You Can Too!) Last week, I had an open coaching session with some fantastic business owners (shoutout to Stefanie, Donna, Amy, Aishah, Cathy, and Marsha!). In just one hour, we tackled their 2025 sales plans—and trust me, the strategies we uncovered are chef’s kiss. The big themes? How to get people interested in buying. How to turn that interest into cold, hard cash. Here’s a breakdown of what we came up with. Feel free to laugh, nod, or steal some ideas for your own sales plan. Business #1: Beauty Care Hustler Products: Lip gloss, body scrubs, makeup bags—the works. 2025 Goal: $50,000 in sales. Problem: To hit $50,000, they’d need to sell over 2,000 individual items. That’s 80+ lip glosses per week. Yikes. Solution: Bundle it up, baby! By packaging products into a $100 beauty box, they’d only need to sell 500 boxes instead of thousands of individual items. Here’s how: A) Subscription Box Services Ever heard of FabFitFun or TheraBox? These companies love featuring small businesses. By landing 2–3 deals, this business owner could reach hundreds (or thousands) of new customers. It might take 50 emails to land 2 deals, but hey, those odds are better than your last diet plan, right? B) Sell at Events Sign up for 50 markets, sell 10 boxes per event, and voilà—$50,000! Plus, these events are great for networking. Who knows, they might even score a wholesale deal for 50+ boxes. C) Partner with Influencers Teens with 100,000 Instagram followers aren’t just making dance videos—they’re potential goldmines. Offer to white-label the beauty box, slap their name on it, and split the profits. Everybody wins (especially their bank account). Business #2: Architecture Prodigy Services: High-end architecture for home additions. 2025 Goal: $300,000 from 15 customers ($20,000 each). Problem: How do you find homeowners who need (and can afford) your services? Solution: A three-pronged approach: A) “Did You Know” Ads Run ads highlighting a New York program that offers $40,000+ in grants for home renovations. Include dreamy 3D renderings and a guide to get started. For just $100/month, this ad could reach 100,000 eyeballs. (Yes, even the eyeballs glued to Netflix.) B) Partner with Contractors Contractors already work with homeowners. By partnering with 5 of them, this architect can tap into a steady stream of leads. It’s like outsourcing your homework but getting an A. C) Collaborate with State Agencies State agencies manage these grants, so why not buddy up? Share workshops or guides with homeowner associations to spread the word. After all, who says government work can’t be glamorous? Your 2025 Sales Plan—Need One? If you’re a business owner juggling spreadsheets, goals, and the occasional PTA meeting, I’d love to help you create your 2025 sales plan. Let’s turn those dreams into dollars. Drop your questions or comments below. Cheers to smashing your goals in 2025! Derrick
