We’re officially halfway through the Duolingo Westminster Language Challenge!??????????????? Running from New Years Day until March 31st, the Westminster Language Challenge invites parliamentarians to compete to win a share of ￡20,000 for charity, and take the Westminster Language Champion title! So far 200 parliamentarians have joined in, scoring over a million points across 23,000 individual sessions, totaling over 1000 hours of learning!??? Hmmm, this feels like an alibi.. but we'll assume your innocence until proven guilty, Dr. Maureen Manning. Duo, dead or alive, has a mission: make the best education in the world and make it universally accessible. And for??D?u?o?lingo English Test, we meet students where they are online so that they can opt for the test that is most accessible and suitable for them, be it in terms of format, availability, or cost, this ensures that language proficiency testing is a bridge, not a barrier. We don't know what's next for the green owl, but for DET, we're not going anywhere!
