It is truly inspiring to witness our local Boy Scout troop perform both the Flag Raising and Flag Retirement ceremonies. This Veterans Day, Headland's Troop 123 visited Dunbarton to help us celebrate our wonderful veterans and honor all who have served in the military. As the Scouts conducted the ceremonies, we were reminded of the significance of our flag. Taken from the Flag Retirement Ceremony: Just a simple piece of colored cloth, sewn together in a red, white, and blue design. A piece of cloth that, by itself, does nothing more than hang or blow in the wind. Each flag not only represents its own history but also that of every flag that has flown before it. For millions of people throughout our nation's glorious history, it has stood tall as a monument to freedom for all Americans. As we reflect on our flag and what it represents, we also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served, and those who continue to serve, in the military. Your courage and commitment inspire us all. As we wrap up this year's Customer Service Week, we want to give a big shoutout to our amazing team of customer service experts and introduce our new Customer Service Manager, LaPortia Pierce. This year’s theme, "Above and Beyond," is fitting. Our customer service department is fully committed to assisting you and will go above and beyond to ensure orders are manufactured and delivered on time. With LaPortia at the helm, we're excited for the fantastic teamwork that lies ahead!

This Manufacturing Day, we recognize the Dunbarton employees for their commitment, energy, and determination to continually produce quality metal door frames, bifold metal doors, and innovative products. We also appreciate the interest given to manufacturing by the younger generation.
