Congratulations to Joe (Bobby) Roseberry on his promotion to Device Support Analyst II! Bobby joined DHTS as a contractor ten years ago to support the Maestro Care Go Live for the hospitals. After several months, Bobby joined the DHTS Service Desk as a permanent analyst. From there, Bobby was promoted to Level II and moved to the night shift. While working the night shift, Bobby helped support many Go-Lives and upgrades across the health system. Bobby then moved to field services, where they have been for the last three years. Bobby has provided support for many areas at Duke North and has been instrumental in helping train our new hires. Additionally, Bobby recently earned their Security+ certification and has their Cyber Security+ certification test scheduled later this month. In their spare time, Bobby likes to spend time outdoors with their girlfriend and dog and enjoys gaming and football. We are delighted to welcome Bobby to their new role. It is well deserved!

Jerry began his journey at Duke in August 2022 as a Level I analyst at the Duke Health Service Desk, following nine years at the EPA Service Desk. Throughout his time with us, he has excelled in his role, consistently demonstrating a dedication to delivering exceptional support and customer service to our users and becoming an invaluable member of the team. Please join us in congratulating Reese Keen for his promotion to Application Analyst II on the Maestro Care Willow Team! Reese has been with Duke for 14 years and with the Maestro Care Willow team for the past 2 years. He has worked as a pharmacy technician across multiple areas of Duke, bringing a wealth of clinical and operational knowledge to the team, along with a cheerful and uplifting attitude. Recently, his support of the Willow Ambulatory point-of-sale expansion and specialty pharmacy order transmittal projects has been pivotal to our overall success. Congratulations, Reese!
