We have wrapped up Module 2 of our Enhanced Leadership Program with 20 senior managers from Mondi Group, a global leader in sustainable packaging and paper. ? Hosted over three days in Cambridge, this module focused on building a strategic mindset to drive growth and create sustainable, market-leading value. Through strategic execution exercises and practical activities, participants explored how to translate strategy into action and effectively articulate strategy to their teams. The group also had insightful fireside chats with Mondi CEO Andrew King and CFO Mike Powell, applying their learnings directly to the company’s strategy. ? A standout session was Duke CE’s Leading in Complexity immersion, led by a former senior MI6 agent and a top hostage negotiator. Participants practiced influencing and communication skills while navigating a complex, rapidly evolving situation. ?
