Great to see Duininck Concrete’s partnership in offering continued education within their industry! Valuable and well attended….kudos! (Edited update - the event was also recognized by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association as a successful collaborative and informative industry event.)
Yesterday, the Minnesota Concrete Council in collaboration with Duininck Concrete, NRMCA Group, and Aggregate and Ready Mix Association of Minnesota, hosted a 1/2 Day of Education to almost 100 attendees at the Foxhole Brewhouse in Willmar, Minnesota. Guests had the opportunity to hear from John D. Lee, P.E. and Curt Gohmann on the topic of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs), and from Josh Edwards on Concrete Fundamentals. After some lunch, the day concluded with a presentation by Matthew Lemay covering Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Low-Carbon Concrete. Each guest received 3 AIA CES LU or 3 PDH, and had an opportunity to network with a crowd from not only Minnesota, but the surrounding states as well.
