AI isn’t going to kill creativity. Used well, it can help bring creative ideas to life to prove our executions. For this spot, we used AI to test scripts and music with our director?for the Vandal internal team. The result excited everyone for the execution and made for a great shoot day. What do you think of the concept vs. the final?

Another one ?? Graphis Silver for Cochran's brand photography with our friends behind the lens Visionkit Studio. For Cochran, we created a library of abstract images that provided unique textural backgrounds that hint at the forward-leaning, cutting-edge technology and solutions their company is known for. We gathered tools and materials commonly used in Cochran's electrical and technology projects, and photographed them on a macro level, to create abstractions and blurs practically. Techniques like free lensing and wide-angle macro photography were used to make abstract but aesthetically pleasing imagery that works for the brand across multiple mediums. Graphis Silver! We teamed up with?St. Luke's Health Plan?and?Visionkit Studio?to travel the state of Idaho and highlight how you can live your best life while being covered for those unexpected life moments. We focused on moments of connectivity such as joy, togetherness and community, which is unique in the category. The color palette and lighting focused on bright, vibrant moments in our lives. No matter who you are, doctors and insurance working together will benefit you. Here are the winners, plus a few of our favorite shots. Teens are (statistically) the worst drivers. Not only are they inexperienced behind the wheel, they also struggle to understand risks and consequences. When Montana Department of Transportation asked us to make a social media campaign for teen driver safety, we knew we needed to catch teens’ attention in their social feeds without getting instantly swiped away. “Get Real with Me” was a way to create frank, peer-to-peer messaging around the consequences of unsafe driving behavior in a familiar, engaging format that speaks directly to our audience.

Give a big welcome to our newest Junior Designer Alex Baker! Coming to us from Washington, Alex brings a balanced, playful style he honed at SCAD to all his work. When not pushing pixels, rasterizing, or perfecting his bezier curves, catch him devouring a Stephen King novel or racing down the mountain on his bike.

Say hello to our new Junior Copywriter, Maggie Mallon! Before joining the team out west, she worked with Keurig Dr. Pepper, NewYork-Presbyterian, and a number of non-profits in New York. Outside the office, you can find her identifying birds on Merlin and keeping up with The Real Housewives Cinematic Universe. Maggie is very excited to help DW make some serious noise in the NW.
