Known for her exceptional client and team relations, Julie brings over 20 years of experience to DTJ. Julie specializes in creating cohesive outdoor spaces that blend innovative design with real-world application, with a passion for affordable housing, and she is a Green Roof Professional. We're excited to have Julie’s expertise and dedication on board! When she’s not creating cohesive outdoor spaces, Julie is the "Grand Master of Snacks," a talented beekeeper, and proud pet parent to Smokey (Mokey Butt), Trever (The Trev), Cake (Princess), and Blossom (Blossom Baby).?? Meet Taylor Atkins, our newest intern-turned-full-time team member in the Planning Studio! ?? Taylor’s passion for creating engaging outdoor spaces led her to major in Landscape Architecture and join the ASLA chapter during her tenure in college. She’s thrilled to bring her creative ideas to life on a neighborhood scale, and showcase her knowledge in the industry, guided by the words: "The future belongs to those who dare to dream beyond boundaries." Fun facts: Taylor knows how to ski backwards, and she picked up running during the pandemic. And let's not forget to mention her lovable dog Toby (a.k.a. Mr. Moof) who’s famous for his sock-stealing talents and his enthusiastic “good boy” barks. ?? Monday morning, members of our DTJ crew in Denver met up with Stephanie Graham of HomeAid Colorado to donate hats, gloves, and socks to the Share the Warmth drive. These donations will go directly to non-profit service providers who distribute supplies to those in need. We recently closed on our 11th HearthSide site, which will add?HearthSide Riverdale to our award-winning HearthSide portfolio. Scheduled to open in early 2026, HearthSide Riverdale will be a mixed-income community for residents aged 62+, providing 70 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in a traditional, 4-story building, 12 of which will be priced at market rents, with the remaining 58 units set aside for senior residents earning up to 60% of the area median income.?
