Big things are happening in RidgeGate! ??? The RidgeGate community, featuring DTJ’s urban planning and architecture, welcomes hundreds of new residents with homes, parks, retail, and amenities on the way. ?? At the Shea Homes Colorado Lyric Welcome Center, our modern architecture incorporates natural materials and expansive windows that showcase western mountain views. ?? The multi-award winning Storytellers Collection at Lyric single-family homes by Shea Homes Colorado reflects a distinct urban character. With rear garage access, we preserved clean streetscapes and enhanced curb appeal of each residence. ?? Along RidgeGate Parkway, we prepared the RidgeGate East Sub-Area Plan for three residential villages connected by open spaces and a central mixed-use district. ?? Associate Principal Julie Hendricksen contributed to the schematic design for Badger Gutch Park, a vibrant gathering space with fitness areas, playgrounds, and public art. ??Associate Principal and Director of Business Development Dawn Duhamel serves on the Board of Directors for Tall Tales Ranch, a 30-unit residential village for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
