What a day – feeling incredibly blessed! We had the amazing opportunity to step in as one of the title sponsors for the event, thanks to some personal connections. Big shout out to Dennis for making it happen. It came together somewhat last minute for us so we werent as prepared as we would have liked to be. The experience was nothing short of incredible and I would expect nothing less from Dennis and his group. Class act and they only know one way to do things, and that's right. The reception we received was phenomenal – we even had the pleasure of signing a few people up for units on the spot! But beyond that, the real highlight was meeting so many great people and making valuable connections. To borrow the sentiment from Alliance Development LLC, our Development groups page... This self-storage facility is one of the standout projects we’ve developed, and its story is one we’re especially proud of. We broke ground just two months after COVID hit—a period of extreme uncertainty and unique challenges. Supply chain disruptions were very real, and for smaller developers like us, they had a significant impact. An eight-month delay for a critical electrical panel forced us to pivot, adapt, and make tough decisions. Initially, we owned the land across the street, with plans for a Phase 2 expansion. However, extended interest carry during that delay led us to sell that portion of the land. Despite the hurdles, our team and our subcontractors came together to keep the project moving and deliver something exceptional—on a timeline that was anything but easy. In the end, we were able to sell this beautiful facility to Public Storage — on an offer we couldn’t refuse. Not only did this deal validate our hard work, but it also strengthened our credibility and forged great relationships with a major player in the industry. We’re proud of the result: a project that’s as beautiful as it is successful. But what makes this one special is the way our team faced the challenges head-on, found solutions, and delivered. A huge thank you to everyone involved—our incredible team, subcontractors, and partners. Projects like these prove the value of teamwork, adaptability, and persistence.

We got to turn the keys over (to this behemoth) to the Elliott's today! We love this part of our job, being able to see the excitement in their faces and the disbelief that they are now the owners of this gorgeous asset/ultimate toy box. Ran into some challenges with the city over drainage calc mistakes they had made in the drainage system years back. So the project took longer than we had anticipated, it took over a year just to process the project through the city. This is what we sign up for in this business though. I have to say, when you have clients like the Elliotts who were so understanding and patient throughout the process it makes the process easy. It becomes just another problem to solve and hurdle to get over. Then when you get a day like today, it truly makes it all well worth it for everyone! Congratulations to Denise and Don. Plus a huge thank you to Renee, their assistant, who was a huge help and point of contact through the process! Enjoy it, wings up!
