A group of brothers had the exciting opportunity to attend the Annual Northeastern LEAD Provincial Conference in Washington, DC! They had the chance to network with nearby chapters, Delta Sigma Pi alumni, and business professionals. Our brothers were able to learn from voices in leadership, professional growth, and development. The skills they learned at LEAD will help us expand the future of our chapter! The Leadership Foundation awards numerous Delta Sigma Pi scholarships every year, including general academic awards, national, provincial, and regional Collegian of the Year awards, chapter-specific grants; and grants to the Fraternity for specific awards. On February 12th, we had the pleasure of hosting Professor Ray Jones, who delivered an insightful talk on the importance of DEI in organizations. Professor Jones emphasized how we can spread more inclusivity within Delta Sigma Pi and other organizations we may work with. We explored various ways to make our environments more welcoming and inclusive for everyone. The event included interactive group activities where we tackled different situations and sought solutions. We discussed how to navigate controversial issues and found ways to reach compromises when opinions differed. This hands-on experience was invaluable in understanding the complexities of DEI in real-world scenarios. A huge thank you to Professor Ray Jones and everyone who participated in making this event a success. Let's continue to strive for inclusivity and equity in all our endeavors!?

We want to give a huge thank you to our incredible DSP seniors for leading last week’s senior panel! Their insights and experiences provided valuable guidance for our members, and it gave underclassmen the opportunity to ask questions about navigating college and preparing for their careers. We appreciate their time and wisdom as they get ready to start their next chapter!

Earlier this month, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the LEAD Provincial Conference in Washington, D.C. with my co-ed business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. From hearing business leaders share their personal stories about leadership and growth to connecting with brothers from other chapters, I walked away with a fresh perspective on what it means to be a lifelong learner. I also loved getting to represent the Delta Sigma Pi - Lambda Chapter alongside five incredible brothers — we had a blast learning together and bringing new ideas back to our chapter. This past weekend, I had the opportunity to visit the LEADS Provincial Conference in Washington, D.C. for Delta Sigma Pi! We had an awesome time at University of Pittsburgh with Delta Sigma Pi - Lambda Chapter, diving into what a career in financial planning really looks like! We are incredibly grateful for the amazing alumni network of Delta Sigma Pi and the invaluable insights they continue to share with our brotherhood! During recruitment week, we had the privilege of hosting four outstanding alumni who shared their expertise and experiences: Rece Shelly joined us for our Guest Speaker event, offering impactful interview preparation tips to help us create our own paths to success. From breaking down potential interview questions to sharing practical tricks, Rece’s guidance left a lasting impression. At our Formal Open House, Connor Mack, Jack Finegan, and Bailey Wallace participated in an engaging Alumni Panel. They shared their journeys through Delta Sigma Pi, their time at the University of Pittsburgh, and their current professional careers. Their stories reminded us how important it is to make the most of the opportunities we have. A big thank you to our alumni for inspiring us and showing the value of staying connected. H2P!
