The new Headquarters and Visitor Center at the Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge is nearly complete. The "birds" were installed this week and the team of Jo Wollschlaeger, Alison Moore, DSL Builders LLC, and ZCS Engineering & Architecture is really excited to see the mural come to life!
