Projects are determined based on team needs to ensure interns work on impactful projects that also align with the interns' interests and skillset. Through this project work, interns collaborate closely with various team members, fostering quick feedback loops while maintaining a degree of autonomy. This dynamic allows interns to contribute creative solutions to problems while acquiring valuable practical skills.
