?? Project Showcase ?? East Ravine Ave, Willow Springs Illinois 9 Line Aerial Media is thrilled to showcase our recent project on East Ravine Ave in Willow Springs, Illinois. This project involved comprehensive mapping and data collection to assist the Justice/Willow Springs Water Commission in their planning phase. ?? Project Details: Using the Emlid RS3 GNSS receiver, we marked ground control points to ensure precise drone map accuracy. We meticulously traced the water lines marked by the water commission (white line in photo provided), creating a detailed line of GPS points along the street. Over 200 points were measured, including GPS coordinates for the B Boxes, which were visibly marked in blue. ?? Benefits ?? ?? Efficiency: Our approach provided the necessary data in a single day, significantly faster and more cost-effective than traditional survey crews. ?? Comprehensive Data: Delivered 2D and 3D models, LiDAR mapping, and elevation data crucial for planning in the hilly terrain with a BEAUTIFUL representation thanks to platforms like DroneDeploy and Virtual Surveyor. ?? Enhanced Planning: The detailed overlays and contour data empower engineers to plan effectively for the upcoming project phases.
