The Results are In! We took a poll from both internal shareholders and from the external public. We had discussions with Nasdaq and our investment bankers as well as researched what a ticker is supposed to accomplish and the most value in what ours would be. The conclusion was ARAI. We want to maximize share value and the best way to do that was to go with ARAI. Our investment bankers said “you’re not an RV company, you’re an AI company and your ticker needs to state that message to the world. It wasn’t an easy decision and so many of our current shareholders picked ARRV. It was similar to when we changed from Dronedek to Arrive AI. My pride of authorship had to go out the window for the right thing to do for the long term success and appreciation of our share value. Dan We’re excited to share that Arrive AI is updating our Nasdaq ticker symbol to "ARAI" as part of our continued evolution and focus on AI-powered delivery solutions. Elon should get every dime he bargained for and was awarded! By the board in his colossal, moonshot pay package! He was motivated to perform based on a promise and he did just that. There is no talk of any one giving back share price appreciation that was realized through his significant efforts. Further, I’m quite sure that he purchased Twitter due to the confidence of knowing that he had his massive earned windfall coming his way. Integrity dictates that an agreement must be honored and no matter how ridiculous the outcome is, is really beside the point. Don’t enter into an agreement you won’t honor. Additionally, the government should have no right to intervene in such a matter whereby both sides are intending to honor the outcome. Shorting Elon on his pay package may have the unintended consequence of him leaving the company and this causing irreparable harm to its valuation and viability going forward. The great irony would be Elon leaving and Tesla going to $0 in the process. There’s only one Elon…don’t let him get away!
