Currently, she serves as the Sales Manager for the AdventHealth Championship, leveraging her deep understanding of strategic sales and relationship-building to drive success in the professional golf arena. Prior to this role, Nichole gained extensive expertise at organizations such as Anheuser-Busch, Sporting Kansas City, and OUTFRONT Media. Her versatile background reflects a proven track record in creating impactful marketing strategies and driving sales growth across diverse sectors. In addition to her thriving career, Nichole and her husband, David, are co-owners of Gomer's Fine Wine and Spirits, where they channel their shared passion for the industry into serving their local community. Balancing her professional endeavors with family life, Nichole is the proud parent of two young children: Abraham, 5, and Everleigh, 3. Paige Peterson is a passionate fundraising professional and community leader in Kansas City. As the Donor Engagement Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City (BBBSKC), she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to driving impactful change. Beginning her career with BBBSKC at 22, Paige hit the ground running by leading a team of 12 interns and managing Summer Bowl for Kids’ Sake, one of the organization’s largest annual fundraising events. Her adaptability and innovation were especially evident when she and the BBBSKC events team successfully transitioned events to virtual formats during the pandemic. In 2022, Paige advanced to the BBBSKC development team, where she played a pivotal role in creating the agency’s first individual giving department. She also helped launch EmpowHER, the organization’s inaugural women’s giving circle, and co-leads the Big Impact Group, BBBSKC’s young professionals board. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Paige is deeply involved in the Kansas City community. She serves on the Kansas City Sports Commission’s Emerging Leaders Board and has previously held a seat on the KC Chamber of Commerce’s GenKC junior board. As a member of The Loop KC, the Association of Fundraising Professionals KC, and Mid-America Charitable Gift Planners, she remains connected to broader philanthropic efforts. Paige has also served as a Big Sister in the BBBSKC program to her Little, Arleah, for the past four and a half years. Her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit recently earned her the Kansas NextGen Under30 award. Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with family and friends. She married her husband, Ben Peterson, in the fall of 2023, and the couple recently purchased their first home in Fairway, Kansas. Driving Pursuits is excited to introduce you to member Jessica M. Jessica Marsh, born and raised in Lenexa, Kansas, has over 12 years of experience in event planning and logistics. As Director of University Events and Hospitality at Kansas City University (KCU), she manages all major events across two campuses, including commencements and symposiums. Previously, she was Director of Sales and Program Operations for MTI Events, organizing corporate events worldwide. Named a 2015 Big Brothers Big Sisters Most Wanted Honoree and a 2017 Ingram’s 40 Under 40 nominee, Marsh also coaches diving at Shawnee Mission South High School and is active in her community. She holds a Bachelor’s from Pittsburg State and enjoys sand volleyball, golf, and spending time with her husband Wade and their dog, Duke.
