I’m pleased to announced that I’ve completed the 8-week Developers Challenge presented by Driven II Develop! Our project was an inventory management system for small businesses. It was a new experience for me as I was able to get hands-on experience in front end development and working on a team with other engineers, UX designers/researchers, and project managers! Thank you to Danielle G. for hosting!!

I had the opportunity to work with great minds during Driven II Develop Hackathon. I learnt so much and also made new friends. Thanks Danielle G. for this opportunity. Looking forward to more collaboration.

Jumping into the first week with Driven II Develop in a design and research capacity! We're creating a full-scale app to help people manage and track their dietary intake in an intuitive and intelligent way. I'm excited to leverage AI to build out an efficient solution, and also to #buildinpublic and provide public updates on our progress and growth!!

I'm still learning to talk about my achievements because I've mastered enjoying the process first. I'm always much more invested into doing the actual work rather than into thinking about achievements it brings. Currently I'm participating in the DevC 2.0 hackathon by Driven II Develop as a designer and researcher. Two and a half weeks in, and I've managed to make it on the top performers list. My team still has a lot of work ahead and being recognized for my effort motivates me to keep holding the bar high for myself. I'm thankful to Danielle G. for organizing this in the best way challenging event where I'm working together with people driven to make the most out of their existing skills and learn new ones in order to deliver something awesome. #uxdesign

Rounding off three weeks with the folks at Driven II Develop and I've been surprised with some recognition and accolades! Many thanks to Danielle G. for organizing this gathering of brilliant minds and thanks as well to my team; these past several weeks have been instrumental hands-on experience in UX research/design and I'm perpetually thankful to have such talented folks working with me. Time for some commits!

Current projects update! CherryOnTech(Developer) spring cohort: Entering our last sprint! I've loved... - building a conditional pop-up component - staying in contact with designers to create clean code with the user in mind - getting more hands-on time with Figma and Typescript Driven II Develop 2.0 Hackathon (UX Researcher, Designer): Starting our research phase! So far I've... - collaborated with PMs and developers to ideate our MVP in broad strokes - reviewed interview questions - written an 8 section survey to gain more insight into user needs Pickleball Reservations (Designer): Starting our research phase! So far I'm... - conducting competitive analysis research and compiling it for the team - writing a 14 section survey to gain more insight into current user habits and needs. I'll be using information gathered from these surveys to write effective and efficient interview questions
