As of this month, 11 U.S. states are now following guidelines set by the Advanced Clean Trucks law created in California. A new study by Atlas Public Policy for the Environmental Defense Fund shows that the targets set by ACT for 2032 are realistic and achievable. These results exemplify that ACT can serve as a meaningful guideline for state policymakers to utilize in building a steady growth of charging infrastructure. Policies like these are what will make the commercial transition to zero-emissions that much more attainable.
