Our team recently completed a three-day Krones Filler training, focusing on process understanding, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices. The training covered P&ID diagrams, CO2 saturation, CIP processes, and valve operations, giving the team a stronger grasp of the Krones Filler system.? ? Throughout the week they participated in hands-on exercises to review manual can filling, valve testing, and infeed/discharge adjustments, improving filling precision and timing. A major highlight was the rebuilding of filler valves, ensuring correct assembly and alignment while documenting key steps for future reference. The team also spent time on the HMI system, reviewing different programs, settings, and timing adjustments to optimize filler performance.? ?
