Brickway Brewery & Distillery is forging forward inspired by Omaha's rich history of brewing. We are the city's first brewery & distillery combo since Prohibition. And proud of it. Our mission is to make craft beer and spirits fun, approachable, and honest. That means balancing creativity with mad science, palate with process, and instinct with chemistry. Our award-winning spirit collection includes; Single Malt Whisky, five-year Bottled-In-Bond Single Malt Whisky, Sherry Cask Aged Whisky, Rye Whisky, Double Barrel Bourbon, Dead Devil Cinnamon Whisky, Moonshine, Brandy, Premium Midwestern Vodka, Brickway Vodka, Premium Midwestern Gin, Brickway Gin, and Libertas Rum. Year-round, we also proudly brew five beers; Pilsner, Jalape?o Pineapple Pilsner, Omaha Stylee Juicy IPA, Maple Pecan Brown Ale, and Coffee Vanilla Stout along with a hard seltzer in various flavors and our non-alcoholic Ginger Beer. We also offer three specialty beers seasonally and rotate through a collection of seven different beers in our Bison Series and Throwback Series. It hit the barrel in 2010 and is 100% Nebraskan with wine from James Arthur Vineyards (Jim and Barb Ballard) located in Raymond, Nebraska. With Cut Spike Distillery being the first distillery in the state since Prohibition, this brandy from Zac Triemert is the oldest Nebraska-made professionally distilled spirit in the state. ?? ?????????? ?? ??????????: Auburn ??????????: Caramel Granny Smith apple, white grape, candy ??????????: Sweet honey with hints of apple wine ????????????: Toasted oak ??????????: 90 This 14-year aged Brandy will be released on Thursday, Nov. 21, just in time for the holidays. A limited number of bottles will be available for $50 on Thursday to celebrate Lucky Bucket and Cut Spike's one-year anniversary of the reopening.
