Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health & Science Charter School is designed to provide students in the South Bronx with a nurturing and challenging educational experience that fosters their full potential and prepares them to address the health and economic disparities in their communities. We provide a rigorous college prep curriculum and a CTE certification as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) upon graduation.

This week, our 9th Grade Scholars visited the home of the only Major League Baseball (MLB) team with a record 27 (yes, that's 27) World Series Championships New York Yankees Thank you to the tour guide for all the insight and making sure our scholars walked away with a wealth of knowledge about the Bronx Bombers.
