Project Update: We recently finished the Stephen F. Austin State University CARRI (Center for Applied Research & Rural Innovation) Facility project and did so two months ahead of schedule. The SFA CARRI Facility advances economic growth in the Deep East Texas region and serves the region's 12 counties: Angelina, Houston, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler. We recently completed the Park Street Beautification & Paving Project in Nacogdoches, TX. The project included new mosaic tile curb street labels, new valley gutters and 1,100+ linear feet of paving replacement.
