This year also marked the debut of our paddle raise Fund-A-Need, dedicated entirely to supporting the Success Express—and the response was incredible. Over the past 15 years, Dress for Success Twin Cities has supported more than 13,000 individuals on their paths toward economic independence. With the help of incredible supporters like you, we’ve provided 626 Confidence Kits (145% of our goal), conducted 382 Confidence Coach appointments, and delivered financial wellness and professional development services that have resulted in an average salary increase of $32,000 for our clients.
