?? Women Who Inspire: Meet Susan S. ?? At Dress for Success Central NJ, we are beyond grateful for the incredible women who dedicate their time, energy, and hearts to lifting others up. One of those extraordinary women is Susan S., our devoted volunteer boutique manager. With a smile that lights up the room, Susan takes great pride in managing our Image Enhancement boutique, ensuring it remains a welcoming and uplifting space for the women we serve. She does more than just manage—she nurtures, uplifts, and transforms the space into a haven where women feel confident, valued, and ready to take on the world. Whether she’s organizing boutique initiatives, introducing exciting new improvements, or simply offering a warm and encouraging presence to our clients, Susan’s impact is immeasurable. Her leadership, kindness, and deep commitment to our mission touch the lives of every woman who walks through our doors. Susan, you are a light in our community, and we are endlessly inspired by you! ????? #WomenWhoInspire #BuildingFutures #DressforSuccess #CreatingChange #dfscentralnj Dress for Success Worldwide

? Empowered Women, Empower Women ? Our March PWG Empowerment Meeting was nothing short of incredible! We were honored to be hosted by Bloomberg at their offices for an eye-opening seminar on Imposter Syndrome a topic that resonates with so many of us. During Women’s History Month, it was especially meaningful to hold this meeting at Bloomberg a company that continuously supports our mission and empowers women in the workplace. Not only did our women gain valuable insights, but they also received free professional headshots and engaged in meaningful conversations about overcoming self-doubt and embracing their full potential! ?? A huge THANK YOU to Bloomberg for their generosity and support in uplifting women in our community! ?? #dressforsuccess #dfscentralnj #empowerher #womenshistorymonth #bloomberg #womensempowerment #womenwhoinspire

For Women's History Month, DFSCNJ CEO Melissa Tenzer presented at Rider University. She spoke to students about knowing their worth, and self-advocacy. Rider News published a write-up of her presentation. We are proud and honored to have had the opportunity for Melissa to share her wisdom and advice with Rider students. #womenshistorymonth #knowyourworth #youthempowerment #dressforsuccess.
Rider University news article captures some of my best practices and advice to college students in knowing your worth. Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, showcasing your work and using your transferable skills to your advantage are all key.??
