We were honored to be part of the New Jersey School Boards Association's Women's Leadership Conference today. DFSCNJ volunteers Jean Crowley and Joyce Onish did a fantastic job representing our organization at this empowering event to uplift leaders. In addition, NJSBA held a clothing drive. We were honored to be hosted by Bloomberg at their offices for an eye-opening seminar on Imposter Syndrome a topic that resonates with so many of us. During Women’s History Month, it was especially meaningful to hold this meeting at Bloomberg a company that continuously supports our mission and empowers women in the workplace. Not only did our women gain valuable insights, but they also received free professional headshots and engaged in meaningful conversations about overcoming self-doubt and embracing their full potential! ??
