Last night was an incredible kickoff to Women’s History Month! ?? Our CEO Melissa Tiso-Tenzer had the honor of speaking at Rider University for “Speak Up and Stand Out: Mastering Self-Advocacy for Career Success” with the Gail Bierenbaum Leadership Council at Rider University a community of accomplished women who champion advancing leadership, mentoring and philanthropy. Melissa Tiso-Tenzer began the evening by presenting on the importance of self-advocacy, sharing valuable insights on how students can confidently navigate their careers, advocate for themselves, and build opportunities for success. Her presentation set the stage for an inspiring fireside chat, where she was interviewed by our Director of Program and Community Engagement, Nancy Musco. The conversation was powerful, filled with advice on career growth, leadership, and self-confidence. During the Q&A session, students, eagerly engaged, asking thoughtful questions about their futures, career development, and Melissa’s personal career journey. As a proud Rider University alum, Melissa felt right at home, connecting with the students and encouraging them to embrace their voices and advocate for themselves.
