?The reasons you aren't hitting your revenue goals...? I recently was featured inside HerAgenda.com along with some amazing women entrepreneurs from the Dreamers & Doers? community. The article dives into conquering self doubt as a woman entrepreneur. When I think about being a business owner and the reasons behind success it always falls into these four categories and it's not surprising that belief is the first and foremost. ?? 1. Belief Your belief is way bigger than your brand. You want your brand to be the executor of your belief in your business but it's not meant to be your belief builder. Knowing with unwavering belief that you are the expert, your clients are coming and it's a no brainer for them to work with you is non-negotiable. Belief outweighs your brand every single day. ?? 2. Action Oh my... this is a biggie! Someone said to me yesterday, "figuring out the right thing to do in your business is like walking down the grocery isle to pick up rice yet there's a thousand different rice boxes to choose from so you just can't decide." I'm a firm believer that the roadmap to building a business is based off of your business model. Once you identify your business model aka what your business IS, what you're selling and who you are selling to there is growth plan that is suited for your business model. Once you know it, stop getting in the way. ?? 3. Time Time is your most valuable asset. Inside TheHeart Sell I teach you the sacred schedule. It includes a time audit that allows you to own what you're doing daily. If you're NOT hitting your revenue goals and lets just say your revenue goal is 100k a month (which doesn't have to be hard) but you don't know your business model and you don't totally believe in your business you literally can't be deliberate and effective in where you're spending your time. ?? 4. A Relationship Building Strategy Committing to your business means you're willing to spend your time on revenue generating activities every single day. There is absolutely no industry that doesn't have a relationship building strategy built into their day to day. It's called sales. And it's not about the funnel, the brand, the website, the funnel- it's how you hit your revenue goals. All the above are critical to success; however you define success inside your business. Improv isn’t just for the stage—it’s also a secret key for leadership and life’s little (and not so little) surprises ?? I had the opportunity to share my journey with Thrive Global—how improv comedy transformed my approach to leadership, business, and handling life’s curveballs (because let’s be real, life rarely follows a script). From training at The Second City to working with some of the world’s top companies, I’ve seen firsthand how the principles of improv—like adaptability, active listening, and embracing the unexpected—can create stronger teams, better leaders, and more resilient humans (and also make meetings slightly less painful). ?? Check out the full feature here: https://lnkd.in/eQwrkvrk Would love to hear—have you ever used improv (or something unexpected) to navigate leadership or life? Let’s chat in the comments! Thank you Dreamers & Doers? and Thrive Global ? #leadership #improv #mindfulness #resilience #ThriveGlobal #improve

??“You are inherently valuable—beyond just what you contribute.”?? This simple yet powerful shift in mindset has been?transformative?for me. I'm honored to share my journey in?HerAgenda.com, where I open up about facing my inner critic and learning to ground myself in self-worth. Too often, we tie our value to productivity, achievements, or external validation. But what if we could embrace the idea that we are?enough—just as we are? ???How do you remind yourself of your worth, beyond what you do??Let’s start a conversation in the comments! ?? How do you respond when your inner critic calls you ‘average’? "My inner critic tells me that I'm average. I've learned to love this so-called insult. So what if I'm average? It’s what we choose to do with it that matters." Excited to share my story in HerAgenda.com, where I share a few thoughts on accepting imperfection and turning it into strength. A heartfelt thank you to Dreamers & Doers? & Doers for making this feature possible. ?? This week’s ??ê????-à-??ê???? ??????????????? is a little different. I’m usually answering your workplace and leadership questions, but today, I’m flipping things around—sharing one of my own leadership battles and how I’m working to overcome it… ?? I’ve often been told I’m “crushing it” or that I “have it all figured out” just because I launched a business (Chapter tOO, LLC) and post online (most of them scheduled in advance, btw). The truth? My inner critic is often hard at work. Because building my own dream instead of someone else’s is a daily battle—one that’s as exhausting as it is rewarding. ?? ????, ?????? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ?????????? ???????????? ???????? ????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ???? ??????? Mine likes to stop by often. So when HerAgenda.com asked how I manage that voice in their latest piece, ???????????? ?????? ?????????? ????????????: ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????????? ???? ???????????????????? ????????-??????????, I shared: ??? “A subtle way my inner critic shows up is by saying, ‘You can’t celebrate just yet—it’s not done.’ To combat that, I’ve started being more intentional about celebrating progress and reminding myself to do so. When I catch that voice saying, ‘Not yet,’ I ask, ‘Why not now?’ Most of the time, I can’t even debate that question.” ?? Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/euzZrAsQ ? Self-doubt is annoying AF. But entrepreneurs are pretty good at ignoring it. The absolute chutzpah it takes? to tell all existing companies to f-off? and do your own thing instead ... You might have self-doubt but you do the damn thing anyway! Thank you to HerAgenda.com and my fellow Dreamers & Doers? for featuring me in this article about overcoming self-doubt in work and life! Do you ever feel stuck in old thought patterns? Doh...we all do! ?? That's why one of our daily non-negotiables inside the Collective is DAILY BELIEF UPGRADES. ?? Here's a vulnerable example my own inner critic: ?? "I'm such a stodgy and annoying person. I can't stop criticizing. I'm impatient. I'm not lovable." I upgraded my beliefs with... “People and circumstances show us where we are not free. I’m busting free from old thought patterns. Might be slow, but I’ll get there. I love my life and the growth I’m going through. I love myself instead of judging her. She’s doing her best. I get what I give.” And honestly...I'm feeling the upgraded beliefs fully lately so let me tell you, these upgrades work! ????♀? Thank you HerAgenda.com for featuring my story about breaking free from limiting beliefs. Thank you Dreamers & Doers? for making this feature possible! Have you ever held yourself back because you thought others were better at what you do? "Since I started my own business, my inner critic has often told me, ‘there are other people that are better at this, so don't bother.’ Since being critical of my inner critic would just double the critical voice, I aim to meet it with love and compassion. Our inner critic is usually just trying to protect us (from rejection, failure, etc.). Reconnecting to my why helps give me the courage to keep going.” Excited to share my story in HerAgenda.com about meeting self-doubt with love and compassion. Have you ever questioned your experience because your career path wasn’t linear? "My inner critic often whispers that I'm not experienced enough; that my diverse background across various industries somehow makes me less credible than those with a more linear career path. But in reality having adaptable skills has been my greatest strength, allowing me to navigate complex situations and deliver exceptional results across various industries." Grateful to HerAgenda.com for sharing my story on embracing adaptability and reframing self-doubt. Thank you Dreamers & Doers? & Doers for helping make this feature possible!
