This month, we’re highlighting Scott Batchelor, our Marketing Director—a true marketing Swiss army knife who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. ?? Can you tell us a little about your background and what brought you to Dreamers of Day? I spent over a decade climbing the agency ladder in the UK before shifting to fractional work, where I collaborate with businesses in a way that bridges execution and strategy. Working with Dreamers of Day was a natural fit—it’s a team that values expertise, experimentation, and impact over fluff! ?? What do you enjoy most about your role? The variety. One day, I’m deep in analytics, optimizing campaign performance. The next, I’m shaping messaging that actually cuts through the noise. I love the challenge of making marketing both creative and data-driven. ?? Outside of work, what are some of your interests? I’m on a mission to visit every country (85 down!), but it’s not just beaches and sightseeing—I promise. It's been really rewarding to connect with other remote workers and local business owners as I continue to pop up around the globe. ?? What’s a book, movie, or TV show you love and why? I grew up watching The Simpsons, and it’s definitely still one of my comfort shows.
