3D Development builds contemporary spaces with historic elements inspired by the use and character of the original buildings. Each of our buildings is created for a combination of uses from offices and co-working spaces, to restaurants and event spaces. Our signature feature for each development is a thoughtfully designed rooftop space for both tenants and the community to enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Kansas City. 3D Development was founded in 2007 by Vince Bryant.

These pictures of Washington Square Park were taken by Christopher Stritzel. This aerial view gives you a real appreciation for the well positioned location for a baseball stadium and the skyline views you would be afforded. It also showcases this super unique opportunity to do infill development with a BALLPARK that would be surrounded by interesting historic buildings, hotels ready for their next generation of life, a downtown retail center just ready for all of the foot traffic, and the investments our city has made over the last few generations (streetcar, Union Station, Liberty Memorial, Penn Valley Park, Crossroads, Downtown). We wanted to spend our time and resources understanding how a ballpark would interact with the downtown neighborhoods it serves (not just pretty renderings). Mid-point on the expanded KC Streetcar line, 9 interstate exits, 8 four lane roads surrounding the park (for reference, The K has 6 roadways in and out of the complex). With 1 building to demolish (and zero businesses displaced), this Ballpark is more of an infill development that builds on our Downtown's momentum & investment, rather than creating a brand new district.

In January of this year, we brought together a team of development professionals to find the perfect place to play ball in Downtown Kansas City. Our research led us to Washington Square Park for dozens of reasons. Today, we're excited to launch welovekcbaseball.com to share some of our findings while also sending a clear message to the Royals that we want to see them downtown! - Zero business displacements - Great access via public transportation, both busses and the Streetcar - Nearly 19,000 parking spaces throughout downtown - Perfectly situated between Crown Center and the Crossroads - Land for ballpark and adjacent development already assembled Hats off to our friends at BNIM, Cushman & Wakefield, Highline Partners, Withers, Brant, Igoe & Mullennix, P.C. for being a part of the team.
