DREAM Job Fairs is a coalition of Arizona organizations committed to inclusive hiring practices while supporting and preparing people of all abilities for employment. The organization hosts two Building a DREAM Job Fairs in Tucson and two in Phoenix each year. Job Fairs occur in the spring and fall with 30-40 employers and hundreds of job seekers in attendance. The committees also host various employer trainings and pre-job fair activities for job seekers.
