    Draw & Fade, Inc. is incredibly excited to announce our newest athlete, former Buffalo Bills RB, Fred Jackson. ?? Fred has one of the most inspirational paths to the NFL and while he was in the League, boy did he take advantage. Now, we look to involve Fred in more opportunities this year - from Meet/Greets, to speaking opportunities, and more, we are thrilled to work alongside 22. ?? Our team is largely located in Upstate/Western/Central NY, so our boots on the ground here in Bills Country should be a huge added bonus! Ian collaborated with Adidas Dugout and three MLB Superstars, Julio Rodriguez, Anthony Volpe, and Adolis Garcia, to bring followers some incredibly entertaining premium content. ?? Ian collaborated on 4 videos, 2 of which surpassed 1M views, and 1 video surpassed 2M views…?? Ian Jenkins puts up numbers. Flat out.     Facilitating public appearances for professional athletes like Leonard A. Marshall Jr. has been an absolute joy for us. The impact, influence, and community these events create is incredible… In our experience, events like meet/greets, autograph sessions, speaking gigs, etc. have been a homerun for all parties involved. ?? Brand/Venue/Host: ??? foot traffic, brand exposure, community engagement, day-of-event sales and media exposure Athlete/Talent: ???♂? Payment, fan engagement, community development, personal branding, networking, activations & experiences, social media content ?????????? These events are always a blast. They are such an effective way for athletes (current or former) to continue creating opportunity for themselves. In my opinion, I wouldn’t say community engagements are necessarily ‘missing’ in collegiate athletics, but they are not being leveraged in the ways they should. Name/Image/Likeness has helped create opportunity for all college athletes. However, NIL was birthed during (or around) a dark, and difficult time in world history, during the COVID Pandemic. Due to the timing of NIL, and the generation in which we live, social media-driven campaigns and deals have dominated NIL. ?? The impact community engagements have before, during and after the event is remarkable. These events leave lasting opportunity for athletes/talent and partners to further develop relationships, re-utilize content, and nurture on-going partnerships. ?? We believe college athletes, athletic departments, and collectives (in particular) can put a greater emphasis on activating in-person - to increase the impact - Tenfold. ??     Our team at Draw & Fade, Inc. has officially rolled out sports marketing solutions for Collectives, Teams/Leagues, Schools & Universities, Sports Brands/Organizations, and Coaches/Academies/Facilities. ?? From the bottom up, we believe we can assist organizations from a Business Development standpoint. Take the Collective space in Name/Image/Likeness for example. Collectives are powerful, influential, and impactful for Universities and their student-athletes. With that being said, we feel the true IMPACT these groups have on their athletes can be improved through Business Development, specifically, Community Engagement, Personal Branding, and Networking. ?? Internally, we feel that facilitating community-wide initiatives will root athletes in the communities and fan bases that support them most. It will also drive more local & regional endorsements, partnerships, and opportunities for the athletes. One approach that can tie many of these goals, outcomes, and strategies together, is leveraging the athlete's platforms & likeness to facilitate Public Appearances - Meet/Greets, Autograph Sessions, Fundraisers, Athlete Brand Builds, Young Sports Professional Forums, Grand Openings, Product Launches, Events, Speaking Gigs, Etc. ?? As some of you know, we work extensively in securing Public Appearances for Current and Former Professional Athletes. These Public events and engagements bleed into brand-building opportunities (re-surfacing of content from events), Fan Engagement, Endorsements, and more. Our solutions offerings apply to Leagues/Teams looking to expand their sponsorship impact and portfolio, brands, coaches, and Universities, supporting Athletic and Sport Management programming. Please feel free to add to the conversation. We are very intrigued to get some feedback on this, opinions of the space, and how this may help different organizations across sports. How important is Fan/Community Engagement, and is it something that organizations like collectives & teams should be leveraging even MORE? ??
