I came across this LinkedIn article from 2022 about continuous strategic planning. Tis’ the season for it with organizations still operating as an annual tradition. “When you try to jam the whole strategic planning process into a short annual time window, it’s usually the critical collaboration, research and deep dive parts of the strategic planning process that are rushed, or even shelved completely.??“ Dragonboat wrote an article in 2021 about the topic of continuous strategic planning from a product lens. Both articles talk about taking an agile approach to strategic planning can be a game changer. We are approaching 2025, three years after this article.
