Team DraftSourcing looking for a talented & experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team and excel in a quick sales cycle process to expand our business. (Engineering Services experience preferred) DraftSourcing - is an Engineering, consulting and permitting services specialising in Telecom OSP FTTH Design and drafting services. Responsibilities Extensive Market Research (US data) capabilities using different sources available. Research accounts, identify key players Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and email marketing Understanding customer requirements and maintaining database in CRM Scheduling qualified meetings and taking opportunities for further development and closure Achieve weekly, Monthly & quarterly targets Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of US Inside Sales experience with outbound cold calling, lead generation expertise Experience working with Salesforce/Hubspot or similar CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively BBA/MBA degree or equivalent Office Location: DraftSourcing Pvt Ltd, 2nd Floor, at Plot No. 2-91/14/8/PIL/10&11, Pennar Building, Whitefields, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084, Telangana.
