The Problem - In a super high profile outdoor stadium we must introduce best in class scaled technologies across the entire venue to deliver frictionless self serve solutions that must increase speed service, increase profitability, & enhance guest experience….and be prepared to move the entire platform to a new venue next year. The Solution(s)… 1) Use what’s already there - connect to existing dispensers and networks. * We will need to uninstall/reinstall within 12 months. 2) Nonproprietary widgets - leverage scalable and affordable scanning tokens that quickly integrate with existing vendor relationships. 3) Marketing message- Introduce marketing campaign that quickly and easily communicates to fans the opportunity and journey….make it fun! 4) Provide real time performance reporting to evaluate optimal product usage, specific location activity, and measured results for each beverage program. * The program needs to perform even better in the new venue. RESULTS So far Scan, Pour, Goooooall! is making operations easier and significantly lowering costs. Fans love the convenience - I get what I want; when I want it! Refill rates point to significant profitability both for the beverages as well as the vessel. WHAT’S AHEAD? We’ll let you know??! It’s about to get hot in Miami so we expect to see changes in consumption volumes, beverage choices, and frequencies.
