"Job’s not finished. Job finished? No, I don’t think so." Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay. Let's continue to break the stigma around mental health because everyone deserves to be healthy. Together, we can make things better. We have made many positive strides, but there are many opportunities for change: - Integrated approaches: Combine mental and physical care for holistic well-being - Equal access: Ensure everyone can get the care they need - Strengthen community-based care: Prioritize lived experience and self-determination - Stronger workforce: Train more people to meet the demand - Leverage technology: Use tools that support good outcomes Let's prioritize mental health and create a healthier future for all. I need it, we all need it. #MentalHealthMatters #BehavioralHealth #IntegratedCare #AccessAndEquity

What started as a part-time writing gig out of college, has blossomed into a career in storytelling through video. What I've been working on includes compiling a comprehensive video library full of useful information in short segments - we break down complex topics, de-stigmatize care, and help people connect with their Massachusetts General Hospital clinicians on a more personal level. Here is a preview featuring Dr. Robert Waldinger, a legend in the field. For more, check out the link https://lnkd.in/e-ugi3Gz. And if there is a topic you think we should cover at Dr. Katz, Inc., send me a message!
