A brilliant morning - thanks all for coming along!

Raising awareness of the wonderful world of planning, Jack and Charlotte attended the 'Elephant and Castle Careers Fair' to support young people and job seekers in kick starting their careers. Hoping to inspire the next generation of planners! ??

Summer is here ? ? Last Friday, the DP9 team got their walking boots on?and made the most of the sunshine. The team set off from Kew Bridge heading down the river to Hampton Court Palace. ? 3 hours later… (for those who didn't take a shortcut) we finished the day with a well-deserved drink in a local pub!???

It was a pleasure to host these candidates in our office last week. Such a talented and engaged bunch – we are sure they will go far and look forward to following their future careers!

We are delighted to have co-hosted a fantastic event alongside Kanda Consulting yesterday evening, looking ahead at the implications of next month's general election. A big thanks to all those who attended!

Best of luck to Natalie, Amelia, Nona and Eleanor who are setting off on their first day of Club Peloton's PedElle cycle challenge. Starting in Kraków, day one will involve 157km of riding and finish with an overnight stop at Szczyrk in the Beskid ?l?ski mountains of southern Poland! ??♀? ??♀? ??♀? ??♀?

The NPF had the pleasure this week of holding our second event of the year “The London Plan: Where do we go from here?” in partnership with DP9 Limited. Guests were treated to speeches, debate and Q&A from a range of voices involved in the future of London’s built environment on the opportunities the London Plan brings to the capital as well as where it could be improved. It was our pleasure to welcome UCL students on the Urban Design and City Planning course to our offices last week. In conjunction with our clients Lendlease, we delivered a session on a ‘Day in the Life’ of a planning consultant and developer. We also organised a networking session for the students where they had the opportunity to talk to our junior staff about the world of planning consultancy. Thanks Lauren Kehoe for your informative talk and to all the students for being so engaged. Hopefully, some of you will come and join us one day…!

?? DP9 turns 20! ?? ? Last Friday, we marked a special milestone for DP9, as we celebrated our 20th anniversary with a fabulous lunch in the office. It has been an incredible journey filled with challenges, growth and success.? ? None of this would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our amazing, hardworking and committed team, as well as the unwavering support of our clients and colleagues.? ? As we look back on the past 20 years, we also look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. Here's to the next 20 years! ??
