  • Exciting news! Our Dual Fuel Gravity Charcoal Oven has been awarded the 2025 Kitchen Innovations Award! This award celebrates the most cutting-edge equipment in foodservice, and we are honored to be recognized for pushing the boundaries of oven-cooking technology. The Dual Fuel Gravity Charcoal Oven goes “hybrid” by generating 60 percent of its heat with charcoal and 40 percent with electric heating elements. Our patent-pending airflow system provides a rich, authentic barbecue-smoke flavor, while the heating elements reduce charcoal consumption by 20 percent. Rose’s equipment of choice this one particular morning were the BTF040 Planetary Mixer and CA6X Convection Oven.
