One of downtown’s biggest opportunities for increasing foot traffic and activity is through investment in plazas, parks, sidewalks, and other public spaces. How? ?? I had a great time attending the State of Downtown Raleigh presented by the Downtown Raleigh Alliance. The 5 year strategy looks great. As an avid reader I certainly look forward to the possibility of a large downtown library in Raleigh’s future. ??

I left feeling energized and excited for what's to come in our epicenter! ???? Retail in downtown is thriving, and there is high demand for prime amenity spaces. New, ground up office will take time.
