TOD in Your Downtown Forum: Affordable Housing + TOD Recap: Last week, on?Friday, February 7th, 2025, we were honored to have co-hosted the TOD in Your Downtown Forum: Affordable Housing + TOD: Obligations and Opportunities with NJTOD, NJ TRANSIT’s TFP Program, and the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. The event brought together leaders from public agencies, nonprofits, and the private sector to share insights on affordable housing in New Jersey’s downtowns. A special thank you to Stephanie DiPetrillo (NJTOD) for the warm welcome and Jonathan Sternesky (NJ HMFA) for the overview. We deeply appreciate Dr. Kathe Newman (Ralph W. Voorhees Center for Civic Engagement, Rutgers) for moderating such an engaging discussion and Megan Massey (NJ TRANSIT) for closing remarks.
