Last week, a few of us from Downtown Phoenix Inc. and Phoenix Community Alliance had the pleasure of attending an evening market at Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel in celebration of Global Day of Discovery! The market was an amazing way to showcase the incredible talent that makes Downtown Phoenix so unique. It featured Indigenous culinary creations, local music, handiwork from local retail artisans, and more. A huge thank you to Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel for shining a spotlight on the amazing businesses and artists that call Downtown home. Events like these remind us why we love being part of this thriving, creative city!

Downtown Phoenix is blooming with sustainability! ?? ?? Thanks to the DTPHX Clean + Green team, in partnership with the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues and the City of Phoenix, a new pollinator garden is welcoming monarch butterflies to our downtown business core. These gardens not only add beauty but also provide vital support for our ecosystem, helping Downtown Phoenix thrive as a sustainable urban environment. This weekend, pizza lovers from all over gathered in the heart of #DTPHX to enjoy two full days of pizza from local vendors, live music, and great community vibes. Downtown Phoenix Inc. is a proud co-producer of this annual celebration that brings the local community together to enjoy a slice (or three) of what makes Downtown such a vibrant and tasty place to be.????

This weekend, The Flock came together to plant 24 trees in the EVANS CHURCHILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION neighborhood ?? ?? This labor of love was possible thanks to a Community Canopy Grant from the City of Phoenix which provided our organization with funding for the trees, irrigation, and food and drink to support a community tree-planting volunteer event. The annual proceeds raised from Budsapalooza will support the ongoing maintenance of the trees. Thanks so much to everyone who joined us in restoring the beautiful greenery on 5th Street! ?? ??
