    Today, I had the privilege of spending my Dow Jones Volunteer Day at Carroll's Kitchen - a remarkable nonprofit that transforms lives through its Restorative Employment Model. Working alongside incredible women building new beginnings through culinary training, I witnessed firsthand how second chances and supportive employment can break cycles of crisis. From homelessness to hope, adversity to achievement - each story here reminds us of the power of opportunity.
